Terms & Conditions – City Quest

1. About City Quest

City Quest is a self-guided outdoor city game designed for entertainment and exploration.
The experience is played independently using a mobile device and does not include a guide, actor, or live support during gameplay.

2. Tickets & Access

  • One purchase grants access to one City Quest for one group.

  • Access details are provided digitally after purchase.

  • Tickets are intended for personal use by the purchasing group only and may not be shared publicly.

  • Once a City Quest has started, tickets are non-refundable.

3. Playing the Game

  • City Quest can be played at your own pace and at a time of your choosing, unless stated otherwise.

  • The estimated duration is approximately 120 minutes, but this may vary depending on pace and breaks.

  • One mobile device with internet access is required per group.

4. Safety & Responsibility

Participation is at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for:

  • their own safety and well-being

  • the safety of children within their group

  • following local laws, traffic rules, signs, and instructions

City Quest is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the experience.

5. Locations & Third Parties

All locations included in a City Quest are visited from public spaces only.

City Quest is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party locations such as museums, shops, or other institutions mentioned during the game.
Opening hours, accessibility, or availability of these locations may change and are outside the control of City Quest.

Optional story elements or physical items may only be available during opening hours of third-party locations and are not guaranteed.

Any food or drink recommendations are optional suggestions only. City Quest is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party venues.

6. Availability & Changes

City Quest reserves the right to:

  • update routes, stories, puzzles, or content

  • temporarily or permanently remove or change locations

These changes may be made to improve the experience or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All City Quest content, including stories, texts, puzzles, images, and structure, is the intellectual property of City Quest.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or reused for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission.

8. Liability

City Quest shall not be held liable for:

  • technical issues

  • interruptions

  • inaccuracies

  • changes to the environment or locations

City Quest does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the experience.
